Include the carrier and exact plan, state or ZIP-code area rather than a full address, device model and firmware, bands, RSRP, RSRQ, SINR and several tests at different times. For network issues, describe the topology, IP type and the last configuration change.

Do not publish phone numbers, account numbers, IMEI, SIM identifiers, passwords, API keys or an exact home address. Plans and coverage change, so include the date of every measurement and source.
